BOBO’S is inspired by women to present its new collection

ELLAS is the name that the brand has given to the New Campaign that presents the new models for this spring - summer 2019.

Bárbara Bermejo, founder of the brand, states that “she always creates from the very essence of women and for women”, therefore, to celebrate the first year since the relaunch of the brand, the designer has chosen women to star. his new campaign.

The collection is a tribute to the Bobo's woman, a feminine, seductive, delicate, elegant, sensual, wild, urban, intelligent, fun and rebellious woman and, above all, with her own personality and attitude. She is a woman who cultivates her discretion to be more visible because she knows that her style will not leave anyone indifferent.

The color palette used in this collection is specially designed to highlight and strengthen the feminine. All tones revolve around the main color of all the catwalks for 2019; coral, present in its different versions in all the models in the collection.

Around this tone, the designer has created sparkling tones of a coral reef, or vibrant colors of a volcanic island. If anything sets Bobo's apart, it is that in each collection she surprises us with her color proposal that is a hit among her clients. Always with some basic tone for the most modest and with more risky proposals to put an end to a special look.

This season we will meet Isadora, Teodora and Atenea, women from history who give their names to the brand's new creations. Because, everything that has to do with women is important to Bobo's.

And so much so that Bobo's wants to make its women grow, but keep them going strong. That is why he proposes his first 'Medium Hell', an older brother version of the My Mom model and a new, more rounded and low-cut proposal, the Señorita model.

For this campaign the brand has chosen the photographer Álvaro Medina Sierra, a young Andalusian who defines himself as an expert in portraying female beauty. His portfolio is full of photographs of women of different types, “that's why I thought he was the perfect person to immortalize this collection,” Barbara tells us.

Bobo's was born as a ballet flat brand that reinvented the classic delicate and timeless ballet dancer. Today it could be said that it is the Spanish shoe brand that is an expert in this type of footwear, adding five different styles of this iconic shoe to its portfolio:

  • the classic ones for those who remain faithful to the ballerina with a rounded toe and elastic to adjust to the foot;
  • the My Mom, which turns one year old this year and is currently the top seller
  • the 1950 last, undoubtedly the firm's sexiest and, new this year,
  • the Isadora, with a square toe reminiscent of those of classical ballet dancers.

Furthermore, faithful to its commitment to creating timeless shoes that have always been in women's closets, this year it launches the low-cut collection, composed of boat shoes that are somewhat effeminate due to their narrow fit and somewhat lower cut than usual, but maintaining the essence of the rubber sole and the natural leather cord knotted on the instep.
