PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

  • All product orders are subject to product availability. In this sense, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or greater quality and value that you can order. PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Conditions:

  • Return/exchange return costs are the responsibility of the user, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
  • For a return to be accepted, the unwanted product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.
  • Bobo's will send the user an email confirming acceptance of the return, and will proceed to pay the amount of the returned products.
  • Order shipping costs will only be refunded in the case of defective or incorrect products.
